Took this thru the 100 Mile Wilderness in Maine and it worked perfectly! No more searching for my pillow. Stayed in place all night, every night! Small enough to just add to my pillow stuff sack, so it was definitely one of the good adds to my gear. Thank you!

Bought one to help with neck pain I get from my sleep system. This looked like a great way to both keep my pillow from escaping during the night and also allow me to stuff extra padding to make my pillow a bit more “cushy.” Worked great! Stuffed a long sleeve in atop my pillow and was able to make it a bit more ergonomic. Might even spring for a large one too. Craftsmanship is top notch. Looks like this will last me a long time. Well worth the cost!

For my enter 65 years I have been chasing my camp pillow all night long. It was never where I put it. I would chase it above my head, to the left side and to the right side of my air mattress. I'm currently using the Thermarest neoair xlite nxt pad with a Klymit X Base XL pillow. The pillow strap system worked flawlessly for me on two trips now. I stow it in the compression sack with my quilt. A very worthwhile purchase!

I just finished my first trip with Pillow Strap and it made a world of difference in my sleep. I had ZERO concerns about my pillow slipping off all night. It stayed in place the whole time. I bought this pillow strap as a gift for a backpacking friend, because I love my own pillow strap so much! I have had my own for about 2 years now and I will never backpack or car camp without it. It is the best way to make sure that my pillow stays where I left it anytime I sleep in a tent or my car. I have the extender strap as well so I can also use it on my bougie car camp mattress. Having an inflatable pillow and pillow strap has improved my backcountry sleep immensely. My last trip I slept so well all 3 nights on the trail. My friend complained about constantly losing his pillow on that trip, so I think he will enjoy this green one!

As a side sleeper I'm always looking at finding the perfect sleep system as most pillows are to small the pillow strap allows me to stuff my down jacket on top of my pillow giving me much needed height andpeaceful night sleep

Yay! My pillow strap has arrived! I wasn't sure which size would fit the Nemo Fillo Elite - medium turns out to fit best. I'm keeping the small one for a different pillow though!
