I wish to thank you guys, I stumbled upon the Pillow Strap on YouTube, purchased from a Aussie Shop - Ultralight Gear, a BIG shout out to them. It fits like a glove on my S2S Aeros, Regular. No more chasing!!!
I am not typically a ground dweller so it made it much easier. Not having to chase my pillow all night was amazing. Super soft and stretchy for many size or shaped pillows.
The pillow strap is well-made and works exactly as it should. It's become an indispensable part of my camping set up.
Before pillow strap my partner's inflatable camping pillow would frequently explode out from under his head and hit me in the face while I was sleeping. Now we have pillow straps, this is no longer a problem! This product, as it advertises, really does keep your pillow under your head. We'll never camp without them again.

Totally worth it. Nothing more annoying than your pillow sliding out from underneath your head all night. My husband was so jealous, he plans on ordering one as well!
It's a simple item, and delivers on it's promise. My pillow didn't migrate during the night, and I like the color.

The fabric is great and the stretch straps hold very well. It feels durable, especially for something that will only come out in the tent. The small fits the Sea to Summit Aeros Deluxe perfectly. It even fits well after inflation. I like this thing a lot during colder weather, when I need my mummy hood.
Fits my Nemo fillo pillow perfectly and even has some stretch to it allowing me to stuff my puffy jacket into it if needed. Kept my pillow in place all night on my Nemo tensor sleeping pad which is made of a very slick material. Love the pillow strap.
Bought one to help with neck pain I get from my sleep system. This looked like a great way to both keep my pillow from escaping during the night and also allow me to stuff extra padding to make my pillow a bit more “cushy.” Worked great! Stuffed a long sleeve in atop my pillow and was able to make it a bit more ergonomic. Might even spring for a large one too. Craftsmanship is top notch. Looks like this will last me a long time. Well worth the cost!
A good product but very expensive to deliver to the UK. You could buy a couple of decent pillows with straps for the same price. However, if you are addicted to your current pillow (like I am), it is worth it.
These are perfect for the pillows we have (klymit drift). The fabric stretches and if more support is needed there's room. I purchased the lg for these and our pads are 25in wide (thermarest topo)
