Key points include: orders ship via USPS unless otherwise noted; unused products are eligible for a full refund (excluding shipping costs) within 30 days of receipt, upon our receiving the item back in resalable condition; and our products carry a one-year limited warranty against defects in material and workmanship. We ship internationally from our website and also sell through third-party retail partners in several countries. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Importation fees such as duties or VAT are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer. Refused shipments due to unpaid importation fees will receive a refund less shipping, handling, and any fees we incur as a result.
