Elastic Extension Strap

Do you sleep on an extra wide or extra thick sleeping pad? If so, the Pillow Strap Extension may be right for you! The Pillow Strap Extension is an additional length of our 3/4" (20mm) elastic strap and flat buckles that allow you to extend the strap of your Pillow Strap to fit a wider sleeping pad. 

12" Extension Strap (30 cm)

An ideal accessory for using Pillow Strap with larger single person basecamp style inflatable sleeping pads. The 12 inch (30 cm) Extension Strap will add up to 24 inches (60 cm) of strap length when stretched. Use this length to connect a Pillow Strap to 26" (66 cm) to 32" (81 cm) wide sleeping pads. The 12 inch extension will offer a total maximum diameter of 82 inches (208 cm) when combined with any Pillow Strap.

24" Extension Strap (60 cm)

The 24 inch (60 cm) Extension Strap will add up to 48 inches (122 cm) of strap length when stretched. The 24 inch extension will offer a total maximum diameter of 106 inches (270 cm) when combined with any Pillow Strap. 

36" Extension Strap (90 cm)

The 36 inch (90 cm) Extension Strap will add up to 72 inches (182 cm) of strap length when stretched. The 36 inch extension will offer a total maximum diameter of 130 inches (330 cm) when combined with any Pillow Strap. This is enough to fit around a full-size mattress with a Pillow Strap.

Why Offer Extension Strap?

Why not make the strap length on the Pillow Strap longer you ask? Great question, with the overwhelming majority of users sleeping on 20" and 25" sleeping pads it made the most sense to keep the extra length of the strap to a minimum and minimize the material waste over time that would rarely be used.
