Pillow Strap is a trifold pillowcase made of a soft, super stretchy fabric that holds your camp pillow securely to your sleeping pad all night with an adjustable elastic strap and buckle tensioner. It's an ideal upgrade for both sleeping bag and quilt users.

The Large Pillow Strap fits pillows 19" (48cm) wide to 24" (61cm) wide & Sleeping pads up to 30" (76cm) wide x 5" (13cm) thick.

Last year I struggled sleeping well because my air pillow kept falling off my air mattress. This held the pillow nicely and the material was comfortable on my head and face. This worked. It washes nicely as well.

Using the Pillow Strap make my camping experience feel like I was using my pillow from home! It is perfect to stuff in an inflatable pillow and add a down coat on top for a full and cushioned pillow. The strap kept it in place on my sleep pad to eliminate all of the annoying reaching out of the sleeping bag to adjust and slide it back under my head.
Camped once with the pillow strap and I loved it! Worked perfectly, never moved in the night and was very comfortable!
Slept on for about 20 nights so far and it is awesome! Works well in all positions, back, side & stomach. Finaly my pillow does not run away in the midle of the night. The fabrick is smooth, comfortable and fits my large pillow perfectly. This was the missing ieice in my sleep system, thank you!

I sleep on my air mattress almost daily, 18 years of night shift at my hospital, 1 hour of nap time each night and I backpack/camp 3 to 4 times a year. Moving pillows has always been a sleep disruptor. Now, problem solved! My pillow does not move and the fabric that this is made of is a dream come true against my skin. This has, in 3 nights only, helped me fall asleep faster and stay asleep. Sleep time is limited for me and the pillow strap has helped improve sometimes my best sleep of the day. Only recomendation I would make is make an XL version, so that the pillow strap would extended to or beyond any mattress width, providing support no mater how much you move during the night. For me this product is more than just a few nights a year of comfort but everyday giving me that much more quality of sleep. These are perfect for the pillows we have (klymit drift). The fabric stretches and if more support is needed there's room. I purchased the lg for these and our pads are 25in wide (thermarest topo)

I'm a side sleeper and need a larger pillow. I use two smaller inflatable pillows that fit just right into the large pillow strap. Our most recent trip with the Pillow Strap finally allowed to me sleep all night without chasing a pillow.

Large size fits a 25” pad perfectly while holding a bulky Thermrest Compressible Pillow (Medium). The fabric has a pleasant hand and a neutral temperature profile. If you are an active sleeper and find yourself losing your pillow at night, this is a must have item. Fully recommend!
